I hate Indian Wells!

Joking! It just sucked that the last match I watched was Maria Sharapova/Jie Zheng. We all saw what happened, right? Right. No need for me to recap that. Although, I will tell you that Masha was hitting her second serves just as hard as her firsts. I know girl’s game is to go for it at all times but duuuuude chill. Like, you know, when it’s break point? Whatever, she’s the one who owns 21 titles, not me.

Apart from that match, I had a swell time the rest of the weekend at the desert. I spent a lot of it at the practice courts stalking watching the guys. I saw Rafael Nadal practice up close for the first time. That was… hot. Also hot were Fernando Verdasco, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Janko Tipsarevic and Feliciano Lopez sans shirts. Tomas Berdych is even more handsome in person. WTF? For the ladies, I saw the usual practice court suspects; Maria Kirilenko, Agnieszka Radwanska, Nadia Petrova, Dominika Cibulkova and The Bondarenkos. Seriously, when I’m in IW, these girls are always practicing. Met up with C-Note from Forty Deuce and a few FDers; mrs. saifn, Victoria, Katie, donkeygrooming and Love All. Rad tennis fans are raaaad.
